At MotoGP Authentics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your official racing apparel and gear. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all official MotoGP holograms and tags remain attached to the garments.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
